The Language Laboratories
Communication skills have become indispensable for the success of any professional. The English language in particular has become essential in the lives of young people, who aspire to advance their careers anywhere in the world. The linguistic lab plays a vital role in the language learning process. The department of AS&H possesses the two state-of-the-arts, digital language laboratories that outsmart even those of the most leading government and private engineering institutes of India. These labs have number of highly advanced facilities that help the students to learn English language with proficiency. Both the labs have been well equipped with extensive superior quality English learning software such as
Clarity English Teaching Software that includes Tense Buster, Report Writing, Business Writing, Issues in English and Study Skills Success.
Clarity Snetclass Communication lab that includes Start Learner, Clarity English Success and Situational Dialogues with videos.
These software help the students in self learning process. There is a Plasma Display panel and LED/TV in both the labs, which enable the students to excel in the areas of the technical presentation. Various videos on GD, interviews and Personality development are shown to the students time to time. Wide variety of activities like debates, presentations, GD’s, storytelling etc enhance the communication skills of the students and help their personality development.
The Physics Laboratory
Physics is the backbone of science as it is synonymous about findings reasoning and establishing laws. The department of AS&H has a highly well equipped Physics Lab with a spacious Dark Room. All the experimental setups conform to the requirement of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical university, Lucknow. In all, there are around 40 fully functional apparatus in the lab. All the apparatus used are calibrated by the faculty from time to time.

The Chemistry Laboratory
In the domain of Science, Chemistry encompasses a wide spectrum involving preparation all metals, non-metals, plastics, mixtures, various minerals and chemicals, compounds, etc. All the living and non-living beings in the universe are full of chemistry.
The chemistry lab of the department is well equipped with state-of-the-art technology having various equipments and glasswares. The lab offers a complete requirement as per AKTU syllabus. The notable equipments of chemistry lab include the following:
