Institutions- Industry Cell
The objective of an Institutions-Industry Cell (IIC) is to serve as a nexus between academic institutions and industries, facilitating collaboration and synergy between them. It endeavours to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge imparted in academic settings and practical applications in the industrial domain. One of its primary goals is to promote regular interaction between academia and industries, fostering an exchange of ideas, knowledge, and resources. Through collaborative research projects, the IIC aims to address real-world challenges and stimulate innovation by leveraging the expertise of both academia and industry professionals. There will be mutual benefits to all stakeholders i.e. industry, institute, students, faculty and staff etc.
